Rector
The Rev. Terry R. Reisner
Father Terry Reisner is a passionate follower of Jesus, renowned for his exceptional skills as a preacher and teacher of God's Word and Love.
Born to immigrant parents from Austria and Switzerland, Fr. Terry's life journey began in Toronto, Canada, before relocating in his early childhood to the Chicagoland area where he was raised.
He attended Arizona State University, where he not only earned his undergraduate degree but also met his beloved wife, Glenna, who is an Arizona native. In response to a divine calling, he embarked on a remarkable fifteen-year vocation in Youth Ministry. During this period, he served Episcopal churches in East Texas, Florida, and Plano, Texas. He also contributed as a faculty member at Youth Ministry Institute, mentoring youth pastors from all corners of the nation. He has participated in and led mission trips around the globe.
For two transformative years, Terry and Glenna answered a unique call to live and minister in Kiev, Ukraine. They directed evangelism events and discipleship programs throughout the city of Kiev and coordinated ministry and outreach teams throughout the country.
Terry holds a Master of Divinity degree from Regent Seminary in Vancouver, Canada, and an Advanced Pastoral Leadership degree from Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge, PA.
Following his ordination, Fr. Terry's service continued as he began his ministry at St. Philip's in Frisco, Texas. He later assumed the role of Vicar at St. Paul Ellis County in Waxahachie, Texas, a position he successfully led since 2007, guiding the spiritual growth of the congregation. He has served the Diocese of Dallas on the Executive Council, Standing Committee, and as Canon Missioner for Youth Ministry.
Beyond his ministry duties, Fr. Terry is an enthusiastic gardener, skilled golfer, avid hiker, voracious reader, and even a talented pizza chef. His life’s journey is enriched by his marriage to Glenna, a partnership of 34 years, and the blessings of three adult children: Alex, Alyssa, and Kyle.

Deacon
The Rev. David Gibson
Deacon Dave grew up in the Methodist church. After moving to Richardson in 2010, he attended a local non-denominational church for about a year. Dave came to Epiphany in 2011, seeking a more liturgical worship style, and was confirmed into the Episcopal Church in 2012.
Dave became involved in Epiphany's Austin Street ministry and the Brotherhood of St. Andrew. As he became more involved at Epiphany, Dave began to feel a call to ordained ministry, ministering especially to those in the community who are in need. He began taking classes at the Stanton Center and was ordained to the vocational diaconate in December 2022. He continues to serve at Epiphany and hope to challenge his fellow parishioners to become involved in outreach to the local community.
