A Message from the Rector

"The day was drawing to a close, and the twelve came to him and said, “Send the crowd away, so that they may go into the surrounding villages and countryside to lodge and get provisions, for we are here in a deserted place.” But he said to them, “You give them something to eat (Luke 9.12-13).

The disciples offer the little bit of food they possess, Jesus blesses it, and five thousand people are fed. The disciples have the joy of participating in the miracle. It was obviously life changing.

I want to thank the people of Epiphany for your faithfulness. These last three years have been life changing for us. Though the pandemic had a grip on our world in ways that we could not have imagined, you offered your gifts to God to bless and multiply. We have participated in miracles.

Since March 2020, we have seen 35 folks baptized, 33 confirmed, and added over 40 people to our community. We have given more to our ministry partners in resources and relationships than ever before. Lives have been changed. I recently watched a person’s life begin to turn around dramatically through the friendships and love offered by our faithful. It was so beautiful.

As we continue in this exciting new season of rebuilding and growth, we give thanks for those who are running for parish offices. Below is information on the election and links to the Candidate Profiles and the Vestry Candidate interviews. May we continue to participate in God's miracles.
